Household hot water£º With sound transmission, the plate heat exchanger has gradually replaced the traditional container heating system. The plate exchanger covers smaller space and has lower cost. (Figure 1) Swimming pool water heating £º By installing heat exchanger, allow the swimming pool water to circulate independently. Pay special attention to the quality of plates in case the plates are corroded by the chlorine ion existing in the swimming pool water. (Figure 2)
Solar energy collection£º As one of the cleanest energies, solar energy is capturing more attention. By using heat exchanger, it is possible to separate the loop collecting the solar energy from that of household hot water. Thus the loop of household hot water is maintained clean. (Figure 3) Ice storage system£º The ice storage system can separate water from ethylene glycol liquid, bringing growth in investment returns. (Figure 4)
Ground-source and water-source heat pump:£º The heat exchanger, as the separation apparatus between heat pump main engine and open heat/cold source, can resist the corrosion that may caused by the water on main engine and other sensitive equipment. (Figure 5) Pressure separation in high-rise buildings£º To avoid high system pressure in high-rise buildings, adopt plate heat exchanger to realize pressure separation by sections. Thus it is possible to greatly reduce the number of large water pump and pipelines. (Figure 6)
Open and closed circuit water system£º By using heat exchanger, the open cooling circuit system is separated from the unit¡¯s closed circuit system. Thus the unit¡¯s closed circuit system is kept clean and the life cycle of the unit is lengthened. (Figure 7)
